Mondays:

Yoga Pilates Fusion: 9am-10:30am

Class Description:

This is a Core Vinyasa class incorporating Pilates inspired exercises. Pilates is a complimentary and effective way to strengthen and stabilize the joints. Class will begin with some seated stretches, Sun Salutations to warm up, followed by abdominal and core strengthening exercises. Class will end in a relaxing shavasana. All levels welcome.

Saturdays:

Group Meditation: 9:15-9:45am

Where: Kalani Oceanside Retreat - Blue Room - Big Island, HI

What: Together we will sit and find guidance from the help of a teacher. As your journey progresses, you’ll find a greater sensitivity to your Higher Self. Class will begin with 5 to 10 minutes of instruction, followed by 20-25 minutes of silent meditation. $5 suggested donation welcome

Core Vinyasa Yoga: 10am - 11:15am

Where: Kalani Oceanside Retreat - Blue Room - Big Island, HI

What: Move with the breath and strengthen your core! This class begins with some gentle seated stretches and sun salutations to get the blood flowing, followed by standing asanas (postures), and Pilates inspired exercises to strengthen the core. Modifications will be given for the beginning student and advanced options will be provided for the more experienced yogi.

I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2007. Classes I have taught include: Power Vinyasa, Intro to Ashtanga, Level One Yoga, Level Two Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yogilates, & Pilates. I teach virtual group yoga and offer private lessons. I can tailor classes to your specific needs.
